If you purchase a used truck, tractor, or trailer from Buck's Trucks, LLC you can expect the following:
- The vehicle is guaranteed to be in the condition described (oral or written). If there is an issue, then it will be resolved fairly, or you will not be obligated to keep it.
- Payment is due upon receipt of the vehicle. We won't ask anyone to pay up front, but once delivered we do expect payment to be made in a timely manner.
- A vehicle title and bill of sale will be sent after payment has been received.
- Ultimately, vehicles are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and carry no warranty unless given in writing by authorized Buck’s Trucks, LLC representatives. While this is certainly the case, we will not leave anyone out in the cold on a truck that we have provided. We stand behind what we sell. We will resolve any issue fairly and to the satisfaction of the customer. Ask anyone who has ever bought a truck from us.
- Finally, we don’t ask you to pay for something “sight unseen.” We will give you the opportunity to be confident that it is what we say it is before paying for it.
